Delete your Finmentis account
Effective: 17 July 2026 · Account and data deletion request
You can delete your account immediately in the app or send a request by email if you cannot access the app.
In the app
Open Settings → Security → Delete account in Finmentis and complete the confirmation shown on screen.
If you cannot access the app
Use the button below from the email address registered to your account. Use Finmentis account deletion as the subject. We will complete the request within 30 days.
Active Google Play subscription
Deleting the account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. First cancel Finmentis in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, then delete the account.
Data deleted and retained
- Your account profile, watchlist, portfolio/ledger, notes, analysis reports and notification registration are deleted.
- Limited records required by law, billing, fraud prevention or security may be retained only for the required period.
