Regulatory Disclosures
Pursuant to MAR Art. 20 and (EU) 2016/958
Finmentis regularly publishes assessments of specific financial instruments (a POSITIVE/NEGATIVE scale and Council reports). Because they contain an opinion on the value or price of an instrument, these contents fall within the technical definition of an “investment recommendation” in Art. 3(1)(35) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), and must therefore be read together with the disclosures below, as required by Art. 20.
1. Producer of the recommendation
Recommendations are produced by Finmentis. Production is automated; the natural person responsible for the design and oversight of the methodology is — (Founder, responsible for methodology). Finmentis is not an investment firm or a credit institution and is not authorised by any securities regulator. Accordingly there is no competent authority to which it is subject. 2. Meaning of the recommendations
| STRONG POSITIVE | Quantitative indicators and the news/fundamental synthesis point to a clearly favourable technical picture. |
| POSITIVE | The technical picture is on the favourable side; indicators are supportive but not at the strong level. |
| NEUTRAL | Indicators are balanced and do not indicate a clear direction. |
| INCONCLUSIVE | Not enough data has formed to produce an assessment. |
| WEAK NEGATIVE | Risk indicators have begun to deteriorate; the picture is mildly unfavourable. |
| NEGATIVE | The technical picture is unfavourable; indicators have weakened. |
| STRONG NEGATIVE | Indicators are clearly unfavourable; the thesis is largely invalidated. |
| RISK HIGH | Volatility and risk indicators are markedly above normal. |
3. Investment horizon and update frequency
Recommendations are produced for a swing horizon (several days to several weeks); they are not designed for intraday trading or long-term portfolio allocation. The daily analysis is refreshed every trading day. Council reports are produced on request and reflect the data available at the moment of production; they are not updated automatically. Each output shows the date and time at which production was completed; prices are the closing/last-traded data as at that moment.
4. Methodology, assumptions and sources
Recommendations are produced from two layers: (a) deterministic quantitative indicators computed from price and volume data (trend, momentum, volatility, support/resistance levels), and (b) a synthesis of news and fundamental data by large language models. Model outputs are probabilistic, may vary in wording for the same input, and may contain errors or omissions. Price targets and projections assume that market conditions continue as observed at the time of analysis; that assumption may not hold. In the texts, facts are presented separately from interpretation, estimates and opinions. Principal data sources: exchange price-data providers, public company disclosures and financial news feeds. The accuracy of sources is not independently verified. No sensitivity analysis is performed.
5. Conflicts of interest
As at the date of publication of this disclosure, Finmentis and the persons involved in producing the recommendations: hold no net long or short position of 0.5 % or more in the capital of any issuer covered; are not a market maker or liquidity provider in any covered issuer; have not acted as lead or co-lead manager in any offering by a covered issuer; have no service, advisory or sponsorship relationship with any covered issuer; and receive no payment from any issuer or third party that is linked to the content of the recommendations. Finmentis's sole revenue is user subscriptions. This page is updated if any circumstance capable of impairing objectivity arises.
6. No personal recommendation is given
Recommendations are instrument-level: every user sees the same decision for the same financial instrument. A user's financial situation, income, investment objectives, risk tolerance, tax position or portfolio composition are not used as inputs and are not technically transmitted to the analysis engines. Accordingly the content does not constitute a personal recommendation (investment advice) within the meaning of MiFID II, investment advisory services under Turkish CMB (SPK) rules, or individualised advice under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act. No suitability or appropriateness assessment is carried out. Only you can decide whether an instrument is suitable for you; consult an authorised investment adviser if needed.
