Seller: Finmentis · Contact: [email protected]. Payments are collected by Creem, acting as Merchant of Record; Creem is the counterparty to the purchase and issues the invoice. Finmentis is the provider of the service. Payment, refund and invoicing operations are handled on Creem's secure infrastructure. This agreement is formed electronically with every member who purchases a paid subscription (the "Buyer"); by confirming the payment step the Buyer accepts it.

1. Subject

This agreement governs the sale and performance of the digital subscription service (the analysis and tracking tools described below) ordered by the Buyer electronically on finmentis.com, and the parties' rights and obligations.

2. Scope and plans

The subscription covers decision-support features such as the watchlist, daily technical analysis, AI-assisted summaries and the portfolio ledger. Plan contents and current prices are shown at checkout; the Buyer clearly sees the total amount and billing period before paying.

NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE. The service contains no investment advisory or personalised recommendations and makes no promise of returns. Investment decisions and their outcomes belong entirely to the Buyer.

3. Performance — when the service starts

The service is performed digitally and immediately upon payment confirmation: the subscription activates on your account instantly. There is no physical delivery.

4. Payment, renewal and cancellation

5. Withdrawal-right exception and refunds

6. Interruptions and liability

Planned maintenance or fault-related interruptions are remedied with reasonable speed. No liability is accepted for delays/errors originating from third-party data sources or for the outcomes of investment decisions (see Terms of Use, sections 3 and 7).

7. Disputes

Disputes arising from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts above those limits.

8. Entry into force

This agreement is formed upon order confirmation. Its current version is published on this page. Questions: [email protected].
