Frequently Asked Questions
The questions beginners ask most. If you can't find yours, write to us from the support page.
I know nothing about the markets — is this for me?
Yes — that is exactly who it was built for. It describes the technical state, the news and the risk levels of the assets you follow in jargon-free sentences. Terms come with explanations; you never have to move past something you didn't understand.
Will it tell me what to buy?
No. It gives no personal recommendation, builds no portfolio and offers no "for you" steering. It describes the situation; the decision and the order are yours. This is not a preference — it is the boundary of the product.
How does the free trial work? Why is a card required?
For 7 days every feature of the trial plan is open and nothing is charged during the trial. The card is asked for to prevent abuse (the same person opening new accounts over and over). Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. One step in account settings; access continues to the end of the period and then closes automatically. There is also a separate page for your right of withdrawal.
Where does the data come from?
Price and company data come from market data providers; headlines come from publicly available financial news sources. Data may be delayed — Finmentis is built for a calm daily review, not for instant trading.
Which assets can I follow?
Stocks, ETFs, crypto and commodities. No new analysis is produced for assets whose market is closed that day; crypto runs around the clock.
Does it connect to my brokerage account?
No. It never accesses your account, places no orders and holds no money. The trade ledger is made up entirely of records you enter yourself.
When does the analysis arrive? Do I get notifications?
You choose the analysis times yourself. The result appears in the app and, if you want, by email. You also get separate alerts when the critical levels you set are crossed.
How many languages are supported?
The interface, the analyses and the emails come in 7 languages: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian.
What happens to my data? Can I delete it?
Your records are yours. Deleting your account deletes your data. See the Privacy page for details.
Radar, tools and a ledger.
Weekly heatmap
The technical picture day by day in three colours: Positive / Neutral / Negative. Colour depth shows the strength of the assessment — the week reads at a glance.
Daily AI take
The AI weighs the chart, the news and company quality together and states the result in one jargon-free sentence. If it conflicts with the technicals, it flags it clearly.
Smart news filter
Boilerplate, stale and irrelevant headlines are filtered out; only what's useful to you remains. Indirect news is labelled separately.
Plain chart brief
Three lines per symbol: Status, Scenario, Risk levels — no jargon, plain language. The technical narrative sits folded away for the curious.
Level watch
Compares price against key technical levels all session long. A stop breach alerts IMMEDIATELY, targets and breakouts once a day — in the app and in your inbox; you hear about it even with the page closed.
Portfolio ledger
Record the orders you place at your broker: profit/loss, portfolio breakdown and value history are computed for you. Add a “why I bought this” note to every position — six months later you’ll read your own reasoning in your own words. Your records, your data.
Scheduled analysis + email report
Set your analysis to any hour: it runs by itself and a branded summary lands in your inbox. Calendar-aware — no wasted runs on weekends or US market holidays for stocks, while crypto keeps going.
Set up in seconds
Import your broker statement as CSV or paste it from the clipboard. It resolves Turkish/EU number formats and ambiguous date order by itself, and converts foreign-currency amounts to USD at the trade-date rate. Preview first — undo in one step.
At-a-glance radar
Company health on five axes: Valuation, Momentum, Calm, Profitability, Calendar. Missing data shows dashed, hard risks turn the visual red. No single combined score — so you never mistake a number for a decision.
In your pocket, in your language
Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app; your last analysis is readable even offline. Interface, analyses and emails in 7 languages: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian.
Markets tab
What is moving today: most active names, the day's gainers and losers, crypto and commodities. Raw market data — the ranking is made by the market, not by us. One click adds a name to your watchlist or sends it to the Council.
What this tool is not.
In financial tools, trust starts with clearly stating what you don't do. These aren't a design choice; they're our principle.
It is not investment advice. There is no personalised recommendation, portfolio construction or "just for you" steering; all content is the same for everyone.
It gives no buy/sell instructions. The indicators assess the situation; the trading decision and order are entirely yours.
It does not trade automatically. It never accesses your brokerage account, routes no orders and holds no money.
It promises no returns. Past performance and test results are no indication of the future; there is always a risk of loss.
What it does: every day it lays out the technical state, news and risk levels of the stocks you follow in plain language; keeps the books on your records; and alerts you at critical levels.
