1. Nature of the service

Finmentis (the "Service") is an information and decision-support tool that summarises technical indicators, news highlights and risk levels for the financial assets you follow, in plain language. The Service presents the same content to everyone; it provides no personalised steering.

NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE. The Service does not provide investment advisory, brokerage, or personalised investment recommendations within the meaning of CMB (SPK) / SEC regulations. Content is for general information only and is not prepared for your individual financial situation or risk preferences. All investment decisions and their outcomes are entirely yours.

2. What the service does NOT do

It does not issue transaction instructions or place orders.
It does not access your brokerage/bank account, trade automatically, hold or transfer money.
It does not build personalised portfolios or make "for you" recommendations.
It does not promise returns or guarantee profits.

3. Market risk and data accuracy

Financial markets involve risk; past performance and technical indicators are not indicative of future results, and the risk of loss always exists. Price and company data come from third-party sources; continuity, timeliness and accuracy are not guaranteed.

4. User obligations

Provide accurate, current information when registering.
Keep your account and password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Do not use the Service unlawfully or abusively (excessive automation, reverse engineering, etc.).

5. Subscription and pricing

Plans are monthly and priced in US dollars: Standard $19/mo, Pro $49/mo, Pro Max $99/mo. New members get a 7-day free trial; no card details are required for the trial. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. You may cancel at any time; on cancellation the service continues until the end of the paid period and ends on that date. Differences between plans (watchlist capacity, daily analysis quota, number of Council reports) are listed on the home page. 6. Intellectual property

The interface, texts, design and generated summaries belong to Finmentis. They may not be copied or distributed beyond personal, non-commercial use. The data you enter in your portfolio ledger is yours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for direct/indirect investment losses arising from use of the Service, data-provider errors, or service interruptions. The Service is provided "as is".

8. Termination

Your account may be suspended or closed if you breach these terms. You may request account termination at any time.

9. Governing law and changes
