Distance Sales Agreement & Withdrawal/Refund Policy
Effective: 17 July 2026 · under Turkish Consumer Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation
1. Subject
This agreement governs the sale and performance of the digital subscription service (the analysis and tracking tools described below) ordered by the Buyer electronically on finmentis.com, and the parties' rights and obligations.
2. Scope and plans
The subscription covers decision-support features such as the watchlist, daily technical analysis, AI-assisted summaries and the portfolio ledger. Plan contents and current prices are shown at checkout; the Buyer clearly sees the total amount and billing period before paying.
3. Performance — when the service starts
The service is performed digitally and immediately upon payment confirmation: the subscription activates on your account instantly. There is no physical delivery.
4. Payment, renewal and cancellation
- The subscription is monthly and renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled; the renewal fee is charged to the payment method on file.
- The Buyer may cancel at any time. The Buyer may also submit cancellation and withdrawal declarations without signing in, via the Cancel & Withdraw page; receipt is confirmed immediately with date and time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made.
- Price changes are announced in advance to existing subscribers and apply no earlier than the next renewal period.
- For international sales, payment may be collected through a registered reseller (Merchant of Record); in that case the invoice/receipt is issued by that partner and its terms of sale apply supplementarily.
5. Withdrawal-right exception and refunds
- Withdrawal exception: the service is a digital service performed instantly in an electronic environment; under the relevant exception provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation (art. 15) no withdrawal right applies. This is clearly disclosed at the order step and the Buyer's express consent to immediate performance is obtained.
- Try before you buy: the Buyer can use the service under a free trial before deciding to purchase; the subscription is started knowingly after that experience.
- Renewal periods: the Buyer can stop future charges at any time by cancelling before the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Refund requests: for cases such as technical failure or duplicate charges, requests sent to [email protected] are assessed in good faith; justified refunds are made to the original payment method.
6. Interruptions and liability
Planned maintenance or fault-related interruptions are remedied with reasonable speed. No liability is accepted for delays/errors originating from third-party data sources or for the outcomes of investment decisions (see Terms of Use, sections 3 and 7).
7. Disputes
Disputes arising from this agreement fall under the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts above those limits.
8. Entry into force
This agreement is formed upon order confirmation. Its current version is published on this page. Questions: [email protected].
